Appointments
Please bring along the following items to your appointment:
- Medicare or Veteran Affairs card
- Referral letter from your GP or specialist doctor
- Details of your private medical insurance if applicable
- Copies of records, pathology, MRI’s, CT scans, etc relevant to your current condition
- If you have had surgery elsewhere bring along a copy of your operation report
Cancelling Appointments
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice so we can allocate your time to another patient seeking treatment.
To cancel, simply ring the office during business hours.
Because we appreciate your time is valuable we will make every effort to run on time. However, there are times when emergencies create delays, and we apologise in advance if you are kept waiting.
Do I need an appointment?
Dr Campbell is willing to see self-referred patients, however it is preferable to speak to your GP who will advise if specialist care is appropriate.
Patients who self-refer are not entitled to medicare rebates. It is also a legal offence to back date a referral in order claim the medicare rebate.
